Job Description
We are searching for a channel modeling R&D Engineer to join our Channel Modeling Solutions team for a fixed 12 – 24 months period. 
•    Participate in specifying and implementing of new channel emulation models for future products
•    Identifying test strategies for wireless system performance testing, defining and implementing channel models for test cases for global market leading wireless chipset, device and network equipment manufacturers and operators
•    Testing and validation of channel model generation SW and channel emulation scenarios 
•    Optimizing code performance (speed, memory usage) and quality

Required skills
•    Master or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, preferably with studies in wireless communication systems
•    Practical experience on RF signal propagation and channel modeling theories
•    Fluency in Matlab environment usage and practical coding experience
•    Basic understanding on RF and wireless Over-the-Air (OTA) testing
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Desirable skills
•    Basic understanding on link/system level wireless system operation, such as L1, L2 and L3 protocol and beamforming procedures
•    Experience on link/system level wireless system performance simulation or testing with emphasis on antenna and channel model characteristics
•    Understanding on antenna fundamentals and beamforming operation
•    C/C++ programming
