KONE Central & North Europe (CNE) is one of KONE's five area organizations. The CNE leadership team is responsible for implementing the KONE strategy in the area.

We are now looking for a CSE Area Senior Expert, Advance People Flow (APF) and Digital Solutions, CNE to take over a new position with thrive and enthusiasm.

Ideally you would be someone who is a competent expert and has a strong focus on developing new capabilities as well as collaborating. You have a strong customer focus and you understand the technical aspects of our business. Seeing the big picture and facilitating an expert community are essential in this role.

As the CSE Area Senior Expert, APF and Digital Solutions, CNE you would be responsible for building, managing and developing Customer Solutions Engineering capabilities for APF and Digital Solutions for Central and North Europe to maximize customer and KONE business value creation. You would also need to take the lead in maximizing the capture of area business via leveraging expertise across units and utilizing synergies across area.

As the CSE Area Senior Expert, APF and Digital Solutions, CNE you will:

• Provides technical expertise to the local CSE teams in order to understand customer needs and transform these needs into optimal KONE APF solutions, especially for non-standard cases. Promoting standard solutions to meet customer needs.
• Learning new products during pilot FL deployments to support FL deployments, including planning and organizing needed trainings for CSE community (e.g. DX digital solutions, Residential flow, Office flow, Information 300, existing Destination and Access offering, Connectivity, and other new APF solutions). Ensuring training covers how to use different tendering and ordering tools for APF solutions (e.g. excel tools, SAP).
• Train-to-trainer role for FL´s which does not have high competence levels or significant APF offering volumes yet.
• Supports the creation of the APF specification for more complicated customer cases.
• Collaborates actively within the Area team, R&D, SL, CSM and global business teams to improve processes and practices related to APF CSE Engineering. Area single point of contact towards R&D and SL
• Collects systematically solution requirements and feedbacks from the non-standard customer cases.
• Reviews systematically field feedback and makes deep dives for most challenging field issues to take inputs to solution planning and specifications
• Follows and drives continuous improvement on the KPIs, e.g. increased sales, faster APF tendering speed, Quality of customer cases

We expect you to have:

• Suitable university degree, BSc / MSc.
• A few years of relevant technical experience
• Experience in leading teams and/or working in a matrix organization.
• Drive, persistence and pragmatic approach to ensure goals are met
• Excellent people and team leading skills to win together with our teams
• Strong communications and facilitation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency beyond English language highly appreciated
