Wärtsilä Marine Business’s Delivery Center Vaasa (DCV) is looking for a Manufacturing Development Trainee
 
This position is located in Vaasa, Finland. The position is temporary trainee position for 6 months. 
 
Responsibilities

- Development actions in order to improve safety, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement 
- Process and Project Management 
- Securing leadership, management and development 
- Supporting Assembly and Testing process in order to improve target setting and flow-oriented mind-set
- Focus on Operational Excellence way of working
- Working with LEAN and SMART principles
 
Requirements 

- B.Sc or M.Sc in relevant field
- Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English
- Encouraging, creative and initiative mindset
- IT skills seen as advantage
