Smartly.io is now looking for an experienced and modern-day HR Business Partner to work with our product development organization in Helsinki. Our product is integral to our business and you will be central to it. We operate in a rapidly evolving business environment, working with the world's most advanced advertisers. We are leading the way in building innovative solutions for creative and adding platforms to offer our customers a true multiplatform solution. This means significant investment in our product organization and rapid scaling of our product development teams. In the last year alone we have grown from 8 to 14 development teams - we are looking for you to help not just maintain but accelerate our growth moving forward!

As an HR Business Partner at Smartly.io, you will be part of a diverse team of colleagues, from across the organisation. You will collaborate with, and provide counsel to our Leadership team, and work closely with our Engineering Directors and team leads to build and execute a strategy to engage and develop our talent. To do this will require you to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the business, including Controlling and Talent Acquisition. You will contribute at both strategic and hands-on levels, providing effective and savvy solutions to complex employee-related challenges in our fast growing organization. You’ll get to deliver on different functional areas of HR, with an emphasis on performance management, coaching, organizational development, workforce planning, change management and employee relations.

While our product organization is located in Helsinki, you will partner closely with your HR colleagues and the wider people team in Helsinki, New York and Singapore to build scalable people processes globally and cultivate our culture. We hope you can bring best practice and external perspectives to strategic and operational people-related discussions and processes that can be implemented company-wide. 

You will join our global people team and be based in our Helsinki HQ. This an exciting and challenging opportunity for an HR professional who’s eager to work in a global company, which scaled from 160+ employees to 350 employees within a year in 5 continents and 16 office locations.
