Teleste’s Rail Information Solutions (RIS) provides state-of-the-art passenger information and video security solutions for public transport market. Our Rolling Stock Manufacturers (RSM) Business Line provides On-Board Systems solutions for train manufacturers globally. All our customers are operating on the international markets and 95% of business is coming from abroad. Our customers are key accounts in Europe, mainly in France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Poland and Finland.

Our competence center for On-Board Solutions is in Tampere, Finland, where we have the majority of engineering activities. All our key products are based on our own design and technology development. We have some engineering activities also in Poland and Germany. Our manufacturing sites are in Finland.

Now we are looking for a RAMS LCC Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Finland. The RAMS LCC Specialist is a member of the Product Management team cooperating with our product design and customer project teams.

As RAMS LCC Specialist, your primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Product RAMS and LCC analysis and calculations
• System RAMS and LCC analysis and calculations
• Product performance monitoring and analysis of experimental data
• Communications with customers regarding RAMS and LCC topics
• Development and management of FRACAS process

RAMS LCC Specialist brings her/his expertise to product development and customer projects. You are analyzing new product designs to reach reliability targets as well customer system solutions. The system level RAMS and LCC calculations are an important part of your duties. You collaborate with our customers and bring your expertise to the customer projects.

To succeed as a RAMS LCC Engineer, you will need:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in engineering
• Experience in RAMS analysis and calculations
• Knowledge of electronic products and components
• Understanding of information systems
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Good team working spirit
