Summer internships range from 2-4 months and are full-time, based in our office in Oulu.

Summer internship: Developer (Android, Consumer products)

Our Consumer Products Android team in Oulu is looking for a Software Engineer trainee to join us. You will be in the team that develops our Mobile products. Work will consist of understanding customer requirements and design the software together with other engineers.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in developing Android applications
• Competent in Java and Kotlin programming languages
• Knowledge of Android OS specific programming APIs
• Knowledge of configuration management and build tools, such as Git and Jenkins

Whatever your background is and you are about to graduate, or still studying, there are some things we expect:

• Knowledge and experience in one of the above skills
• Great interpersonal skills and lots of curiosity
• Work experience, extra curriculum or volunteer work in relevant area
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Team-player with ability to contribute to the overall team spirit
