We are looking for a SoftwareDeveloper to join our growth team at Elisa. We are passionate about growing Elisa’s e-commerce sales by experimentation and running digital sales and marketing activities. Our work consists of continuously creating ideas, implementing them and then analyzing the results and designing the next iterations.

This role will offer you an opportunity to be part of our online sales growth team working with ways to improve and increase our online sales performance. The team uses agile growth hacking methods and works in close co-operation with business and other teams in Elisa. What do you need to nail it?You'rea developer with at least a couple of years of relevant work experience focusing onfront-end development. Ideally your experience is related to e-commerce or other digital services. You have a growth-mindset for rapid experimentationthat drives online sales, together with curiosity, creativityand urge to try out new things.

Inaddition,at least some of the following tech and tools are familiar to you:

• Javascript (e.g. React)
• CSS/HTML
• Google Analytics, Google TagManager
• A/B-testing methods and tools

Extra credit and bonus points may be awarded for having skills or interest towards ad tech, web analytics, ML/AI or something similar related to the world of e-commerce and digital marketing.

Finnish language skills are a plus, but not mandatory for the job. You will be based in our HQ in Pasila, Helsinki but you have the freedom to work remotely when suitable.
