We are now looking for a Technical Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.

In the role of Technical Assistant Project Manager, the successful candidate will be:

  • Willing to learn and have the drive to progress their career in Project Management
  • Responsible for the end to end management of small-scale delivery projects
  • Reporting on the progress of the project in line with the requirements of the business and customer
  • Accountable for assigned project delivery on-time, to budget and to scope
  • Onboarding new assets to platform
  • Working with installers on site to remotely configure VC endpoints
  • Supporting Project Managers in the delivery of large-scale global projects
  • Fully engaging with key project stakeholders and customers to ensure that accurate and appropriate information is communicated
  • Actively managing and accurately reporting on the project risks throughout the life of the project

Skills/ Experience (Required):

  • Minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience of working in projects of various types and a good understanding of the methodologies used
  • High level of English both written and spoken
  • Proficient to a high level in MS Office, Visio, Project. Experience with SalesForce and Sharepoint would be beneficial
  • Evidenced Video Conferencing platform knowledge

Skills/ Experience (Desirable):

  • Understanding of various software tools such as SAP
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to present self professionally and intelligently to internal clients/colleagues
  • Well established organization, multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Risk management
  • Experience of retail signage systems
  • Communication and presentation
  • Negotiation and dispute resolution

Qualifications

  • Project Management (e.g. APM, Prince2, PMBOK, etc.)
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Poly PCVE (desirable)

The successful candidate would be based in Singapore. Salary will range between 55,000 SGD to 68,000 SGD dependent on experience. The Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Delivery services who is based in the UK.
