ICEYE is building and operating its own commercial constellation of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data

already available to customers. These satellites can take images of Earth at any time – even when it’s cloudy or dark.

Information derived from these images will help our customers understand the world better and help them make more

intelligent decisions. We launched the world’s first SAR microsatellite in January 2018 and have raised $65M in financing to

date.

To support the growth of the company, we are now looking for a Manager, Contract Delivery Operations and Maintenance to join our Product Delivery/Operations team in Espoo, Finland. As a Manager, Contract Delivery Operations and Maintenance you will report to Director PM Contract Delivery. You will be responsible for defining and executing an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) program for ICEYE’s globally-deployed customer operated ground segments.

Your daily tasks:

• Establish a standard O&M program to support current and future direct access customer operated ground segments.
• Manage the O&M contracts and relationships with the customer and vendors according to program requirements.
• Coordinate with the Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, and Operations group.
• Manage customer O&M Statements of Work.
• Procure/manage all O&M contracts with support vendors in accordance with the customer agreements.
• Act as the point of contact for escalated O&M issues.

Your attributes that we need:

• Relevant educational and technical background.
• 10+ years of professional experience with technical project management with exposure to contract, vendor, and budget management.
• 3+ years of working experience in space or comparable industry
• Highly attentive to details to include establishing milestones, dependencies and risk mitigation plans
• Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated in a highly disparate environment juggling multiple projects
• Advanced verbal and written communications skills (technical fluency in English required)
• Strong people skills / demonstrated interpersonal
