Chat host for Paf Bingo
We are looking for Estonian speakers for our online bingo rooms 

Are you an outgoing person who enjoys entertaining friends? This is an opportunity for you to earn some extra money while using your great personality in a fun and rewarding job.

Your responsibilities
As a bingo chat host you are responsible for communication with our customers and the running of a variety of different activities in the bingo room. You ensure that it is a good atmosphere and a friendly tone in the chat, so that our players feel welcome and want to come back to play. The chat host is an ambassador and an important representative for our company.

Your specific duties

• To act as a host in the bingo and communicate directly with our customers in the chat. You are able to write in Estonian.

• To make sure our customers have a friendly tone in the chat and comply with Paf´s chat rules – and to educate and occasionally block players that break the rules.

• Preparation of the themes and activities for your work shift. 

• Creativity together with the others in the department to create the best results. 

Your experience
You are at least 18 years old, have computer experience and can write relatively quickly and correctly. You are fluent in Estonian and have the ability to express yourself in writing.
Other language skills are a merit. If you have previous work experience from any kind of customer service, this is a plus but not necessary. Your personality is crucial.

Your personal characteristics
You are a social, positive and charismatic person who is easy to socialize with and able to build relationships with people through writing.
We also appreciate a good sense of humor. You are organised and self-sufficient with a good customer service feeling.

Your creativity with ideas to willingness to adapt will attract our customers to come back every time you are in the chat.

Working schedule
The work is a part-time job of 12-20 hours per week. Working hours will be scheduled for mornings and evenings on both weekdays and weekends. You have the opportunity to influence your working hours.
