As a team member in the Drones SW team in Tampere you will be part of software releasing team in forms of taking part for SW integration and test automation. This includes also automated test creation, performing bugs investigation and follow-ups. You want to highlight and root-cause any issue found. You are open-minded, helpful, seek challenges and want to show your skills & gain ownership of your own area. You are bringing positive attitude and take initiative in learning & making things happen.

We can offer you a part time or full time position in a team of very skillful system SW engineers who can help you to grow your skills in Drones SW domain.

Qualifications

Education & work experience:
* Suitable education from field of software, SW automation or related.
* Some work experience with software

Competences & skills:
* SW development/programming skills: Python and Linux shell scripting
* Linux command line tools
* Capability to debug and root cause found issues
* Familiarity in version control systems, preferably Git
* Excellent written and spoken English language

Nice to have:
* Test automation tools and test frameworks: Jenkins, Robot Framework
* Basic C++ skills
* Experience from a unit test framework: unittest, googletest, etc.
* To understand and debug unit/module tests from SW developers
