We are looking for a

Portfolio Manager

Your main responsibilities are implementing and supporting our cross asset investments capabilities, with focus on alternative investments (incl. hedge funds), private equity and private credit. You are expected to contribute to allocation and strategy work, so looking at markets from a cross asset perspective is natural to you. Experience from alternatives and illiquid assets is a benefit as is experience from manager selection. You are also familiar with sustainable investing themes.

Your experience and ambitions

The exact role and profile will depend on the selected candidate. The right candidate might be an experienced investment professional or someone in the early part of his or her career. A more junior candidate would be expected to start working alongside a more experienced colleague.

We expect you to have:

• Master’s degree, preferably in finance or economics
• experience in portfolio management
• analytical mindset
• curiosity to continuously learn and develop
• basic quantitative skills relevant to portfolio management
• flexibility to work in a small team
• integrity
• fluent English

You will be joining an ambitious investment team focusing on investment strategy, asset allocation and manager selection. The team values holistic cross asset thinking and is free of asset class silos. As a small team, we need people who can work both independently and contribute to the continuous dialogue within the team.
