Job Description

As a team member in the Drones SW Validation team in Tampere you will be responsible of product SW validation. This includes Drone field testing activities, automated testing, perform bugs investigation and follow-ups. Also providing high-quality technical reports/bug reports/other documentation will be your responsibility. You want to highlight and root-cause any issue found. You are open-minded, helpful, seek challenges and want to show your skills & gain ownership of your own area. You are bringing positive attitude and take initiative in making things happen.

We can offer you a part time or full time position in a team of very skillful system SW validation engineers, who can help you to grow your skills in SW validation and in the world class Drones SW domain.

Qualifications

Education & work experience:
* Suitable education from field of software, SW automation or related.
* Working with drones considered as a benefit

Competences & skills:
* Experience with Linux and command-line tools and scripting
* Familiarity in version control systems, preferably Git
* Enthusiasm to be part of the group and learn more

Nice to have:

* Familiarity with program validation processes and testing methodologies

* Familiarity from drones or drone services

* Familiarity in creating technical documentation and reports, working with wiki's
* Excellent written and spoken English language
