My name is Matias Ihalainen and I am leading our On-Site Support team. I am proud of being able to offer you a chance to join our professional group. Together we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven System Specialist to join our team in Helsinki.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?

Our clients in the Helsinki metropolitan area are mainly medium and large companies, to whom we provide a wide range of services. The tasks we do vary but, in a nutshell, they focus on installing, maintaining and troubleshooting our customers' end-user devices. These devices are mainly Windows and Mac workstations, iOS and Android mobile devices and their peripherals. Tasks are performed on the premises of our customers in the capital area. Besides being a technical role, on-site support is strongly a customer service role. Together with our service desk, you ensure that the customers end-users get top-notch service and a problem-free ICT environment.

WHO ARE YOU?

Successful completion of the task requires at least a few years of experience in ICT. You have experience in troubleshooting Windows and Mac workstation environments. You enjoy problem-solving and it works out naturally for you. You can work independently, but as a member of a team, you can always ask for assistance from your colleagues. You understand the basics of other IT infrastructure and terms like AD, SCCM, LAN / WLAN are familiar to you. First and foremost, you are a team player and you are a person who enjoys working with people and you are not afraid to show it.

Our Ideal Candidate Has 

• Experience in troubleshooting Windows and Mac environments, but also familiar with iOS and Android.
• Understanding in ICT-infrastructure and ability to see the big picture.
• Problem-solving and social skills.
• Ability to travel between customers when necessary, driver’s license and car is needed.
• Experience in working in a multi-vendor environment.
• Communication skills fluent in Finnish and basic in English.
