We’re looking for an organized and dedicated person to manage the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns for our gaming customers. You’ll be taking client wants and needs and developing campaign strategies to ultimately help generate amazing content. This is an exciting position for anyone who wants to expand on their knowledge of influencer marketing and help shape how successful influencer campaigns are run. In short, this is the position for you if you want to become an expert in executing influencer marketing campaigns.

 

We want to find a keen listener, who truly cares about our customers. You’ll be devoting most of your energy to ensuring our customers get the best care and are able to get the most use out of our platform and run campaigns that really have an impact. Along with your team, you will also have the opportunity to develop new features that will improve our users’ experience of our platform.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Managing day-to-day campaign-related tasks, such as identifying and negotiating deals with our customers and partners
  • Analyzing performance of campaigns & developing strategic optimization plans for clients
  • Working closely with your product and marketing colleagues to improve our platform and services according to client needs
  • Bringing our customer’s voice to the team by collecting and sharing customer feedback and ideas

Sounds interesting? Here’s what we hope you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in startups and/or working with technology-based products
  • Professional experience in client-facing support roles
  • Patience and a genuine passion for helping people solve problems
  • Data-driven approach and solid analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Positive and proactive attitude!

Ideally, you also tick some of these boxes:

  • Excel / Google Sheets expertise (very desirable ;))
  • Knowledge of and experience in the advertising or marketing industry
  • Knowledge of and experience in influencer marketing
