We’re deeply invested in marketing the product and are in the top 3 for app advertisements on YouTube in February (US, iOS) and account for 1.5% of all YouTube ad views in the United States. As a hands-on Production Art Director, your creative reach across all asset types will amount to well over 160M impressions per month. As a key part of our newly formed marketing team, this is the opportunity to create a category-defining global brand that drives the next hundred million musicians to sign up for Yousician!

What you’ll do

• Work with cross-functional performance marketing team (writers, designers, videographers, growth marketing managers, data analysts, developers) to develop innovative and high-impact campaigns and deliverables based on marketing objectives
• Collaborate with NYC based Brand Team and external agencies
• You will advise the team on the latest, greatest, and most impactful user-facing messaging trends.
• Provide hands-on guidance and execution on creative projects from starting point through execution

Who you are

• You have experience defining and aligning a multidisciplinary team behind a creative product vision by providing feedback, guidance, and asset critiques.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to tackle varying creative tasks as needed.
• You can turn a marketing strategy into a creative design vision, yet you take pride in delivering a pixel-perfect end result.
• Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including digital success metrics.
• Ability to create a variety of production quality Yousician style marketing visuals.
• An online design portfolio is a must.
• Nice to have experience: 1) strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects 2) HTML/CSS knowledge
