We are looking for an energetic and development minded Project Manager & Agile Coach for Wärtsilä IM. In this position you will lead corporate-wide operational development projects in global environment and coach other project teams in agile methods.  To qualify for the job you need to be ambitious, good with people and a fun person to work with.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage IM projects and ensure the expected business benefit realization and strategic value of the project
- Coach and support project teams in implementing and using agile ways of working
- Contribute to IM’s agile transformation and developing agile methods

QUALIFICATIONS:
- M.Sc. in Economics & Business Administration or Information Technology 
- Project management and/or agile certification 
- At least 3 years IT project management experience and proven track record in an organization operating in global environment
- Extensive experience in agile coaching and leading agile projects   
- Professional change management, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills
- Passionate, proactive and goal-focused attitude to work
- Understanding of one or more of the following areas is an advantage: IT Service Management, Core Enterprise Platforms (ERP, PDM, CRM), New Digital Platforms (IoT, API)
- Fluent written and spoken English
