In the Global Business unit, we are here to spearhead Telia Company’s ambition to be the leading operator business partner to Multi-National Customers (MNCs) and to secure Nordic/Baltic market leadership through providing the best customer experience in areas of Business networking, IT security and Cloud-based IT.

Right now, we are looking for a Global Offering Manager for Business Networking and Network Security. I am Thomas Johansson and I am leading the Global Offerings team. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Your next challenge?

As a new Global Offering Manager, you will be leader in your area. You will identify potential concepts for creating international or multi local offerings aimed at multi-national customers. You shall maintain and develop the offerings in collaboration with a cross-border network of product and offering managers. You will be responsible for making sure that the offerings are attractive to market and sell to multi-national customers. You have necessary knowledge to set the stage for the solution design architects to design customer solutions. In addition, you are able to create support materials to be used by sales.

This role will be critical to continue developing Telia Company becoming a new generation telco and speed up the success of the cross-border business. The target is to enhance our customer experience by being perceived as one Telia in Nordic/Baltic countries, increase market share, drive profitable top line growth.

Our team’s responsibility is to have an active dialog with country offerings and make recommendations to countries accordingly. We create and promote success stories both internally/externally and report status to relevant stakeholders.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone passionate about doing international business based on technology.

Your personality:

You are business driven with the ability to create results and have strong B2B commercial and tech skills. With a high level of energy and expertise in international offerings & sales, you focus on creating customer value. You have strong communication skills and a great ability to influence and cooperate with others. As a person you are a driven, proactive team player that is not afraid of taking on challenges. With strong soft power, you work with our local markets to ensure that we create the right customer value.

Your Experience:

You have University degree/Master’s degree or similar knowledge in technology and/or business field, and you master written and verbal English fluently + at least one other Nordic/Baltic language. You are experienced in Offering Management and have been working extensively together with sales. Furthermore, your experience of working with negotiations with customers and suppliers is well proven.
