Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our company. You will be stationed at the main entrance desk and will handle customer inquiries. You will have a charismatic character towards our guests.

Receptionist responsibilities are:

  • Greeting customers upon entering
  • Assisting customers with queries/complaints
  • Making relevant suggestions
  • Answering phone calls and making reservations
  • Helping to arrange transportation for guests
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests
  • Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities

Receptionist requirements are:

  • Experience as a Hotel Receptionist
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good overall knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with hotel software
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field is an advantage
  • Stand for an extended period of time


It would be beneficial for a Night Receptionist to:

  • Speak other languages: Finnish, Chinese, Japanese, German, Spanish and French are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in cash handling
  • Familiarity with hotel software
  • Valid B drivers' license
  • Have knowledge of the local area


Pay, duration and benefits

  • Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period.
  • Starting between October and November and until the end of March.
  • Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience
  • Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement.
  • If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €200,00/month
