YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?

As a Manager of Solutions Implementation, you run day to day business as usual management of IT Specialists. Act as an escalation point for all team members where required. You ensure that specialists deliver business in technical operations and services.

You provide input to the future direction and improvement opportunities and participate to plan quality improvements. Your primary location is Helsinki, Tampere, Jyväskylä or Lahti. Some traveling in Finland is also required.

WHO ARE YOU?

A confident character with the ability to lead and help people to their best success. Able to deal effectively from senior-level management down to junior Technical Engineer level. With your excellent communication skills (English and Finnish, both oral and written), you naturally give guidance, lead and inspire with the right level of technical or solution information for different stakeholders and your team members.

Knowledge preferably with a specialist skillset in IT environments and technology area (e.g. data centers, public cloud technologies, network, collaborations tools)

• All-round understanding of multiple technologies and the elements of an End to End service
• Active co-operations with other business units and teams
• Strong role in competence and resource planning
• Sales oriented and ready to help us to reach our common goals
• Senior-level IT Management, resourcing and leadership experience
• Preferably holds ITIL-certification or is familiar with ITIL practices
