We are currently looking for Regional IT Manager for Northern Europe interested in joining our mission to provide best possible cancer care for patients all around the world!
 

As a Regional IT Manager you will provide leadership for Varian’s End User Computing and Site support organization in Northern Europe including 850 end-users across six countries and one manufacturing site. You will collaborate with a large number of business leaders from different locations and functions and enable them to meet their targets thru effective IT solutions. Additionally, you will perform all required management responsibilities, such as implementing the company's policies, programs, and guidelines; managing the budget assigned to your area, ensuring employee productivity and growth.

In order to be successful at the role, you have a track record in:

  • leading IT infrastructure support operations in multi-country environment.
  • managing IT operation in an organization with >500 end-users.
  • supporting companies to achieve business goals by acting as a proactive advisor in IT related topics.
  • collaborating efficiently across different business units and locations.   
  • working with Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office 365).

Additional Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language would be an asset

  • Managerial skills, vendor management skills, negotiations skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • License management skills
  • Willing to travel (30%)
