Solution Manager Singapore

We are now looking for a Solution Manager to support our customers and sales in Singapore. The role is a solution sales role where you will work alongside our sales and ensure that we offer our customers solution that add significant value. Any candidate needs experience on supporting the sales of video conferencing solutions and working specifically in the video conferencing industry.

Role Description:

  • Ensuring our sales is successful on matching the customer needs with Elisa Videra’s offering and presenting a clearly defined value preposition back to our customers
  • Supporting Elisa Videra sales on winning cases within our target accounts
  • Establishing reputation with customers as a trusted advisor within the video collaboration industry (Elisa Videra’s Offering and Value Preposition)
  • Building proposals, solutions, designs, BOMs for new and existing customers
  • Coordinate between the customer, sales and our product practice and make sure all stakeholders are aligned on the approach
  • Working in tight cooperation with product practice and ensuring that the requirements from local customers are understood within the practice
  • Developing and maintaining up-to-date expert understanding of Elisa Videra’s solutions and relevant competitor solutions
  • Collaborating closely with our technology partners like Zoom, Pexip, Poly, Cisco and LG

Required Experience:

  • +5 years’ experience on working with large enterprise customers and designing and developing their video environments and services
  • Deep understanding on video conferencing technologies (endpoints and infra) and scoping the relevant professional and managed services
  • Working experience and relationship in Singapore with the most relevant industry technology players (Cisco, Poly, Pexip, Zoom, Microsoft, etc)
  • Experienced in working in a global cross-border organization where shared teams are spread globally across geographies and time zones

Professional Skills and Personal Characteristics:

  • Singaporean or at minimum a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)
  • Skilled in technical VC related designs and solutions
  • Solution- and customer-oriented
  • Able to work autonomously and a hard-working attitude
  • Capable on executing agreed plans and actions
  • Happy to work in a globally dispersed team and organization
  • Ability to handle stress and uncertainty
  • Experienced on working with all different contact levels (from sales to IT)
  • Good communicator, internally and externally
  • Excellent spoken and written English, other languages are an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's level degree in technology
  • Relevant technical certifications with Poly, Pexip, Zoom, Cisco and Microsoft

Location and reporting:

  • This position is open in Singapore
  • The role will require regular travel to customers within Singapore and occasional travelling in the region
  • Hired Solution Manager will report to Singapore Country Director
