What you’ll do

We are looking for a financial professional in reporting and analyzing expertise. You will have a senior role concentrating on Plywood business and will be responsible for reporting and analyzing services including business, group, statutory and tax view. In this role you are having daily contact with key stakeholders which requires proactive mindset and good collaboration skills. You are developing business analysis responding to business needs, improving reporting quality and efficiency. You will:

• Ensure data correctness, high quality and timeliness of all reporting and analysis on own responsibility area
• Support and spar stakeholders with finance analysis
• Deliver timely, accurate and effective reporting services as part of service team
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and other business planning processes if needed
• You will have ownership of process flows and process descriptions of own responsibility area

Who you are

You are a self-directed finance professional with solution-oriented mindset. Your analytical skills and prioritizing capabilities contribute to the success of the whole team. To further strengthen our team you have experience or interest to grow with us in the following areas: process thinking, Lean & agile principles, analytics.

• You have at least Bachelor’s degree in finance, preferably in accounting or administration
• You have gained 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting, financial reporting & business analysis 
• You have solid understanding of both financial and management accounting, IFRS and financial reporting (RTR) processes
• You have excellent analytical and IT skills. Knowledge of SAP, HFM, PowerBi, is a major benefit
• You have strong influencing and people management skills
• You are capable of change management 
• Fluency in English is a must in our global environment
