We are now looking for an experienced Delivery manager for Elisa IT. The delivery manager is responsible for running the most challenging IT capabilities development of Business Systems in Elisa IT. The position will be located in Helsinki, Finland and it is full-time and permanent.

As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for delivering business critical IT capabilities which have significant strategic business impact. These development activities are likely to be complex, and their execution will require co-operation with several internal and external parties. You will work in close co-operation with business managers to ensure deliveries to support business targets and benefits. You also ensure smooth transfer of IT capabilities to ongoing operations.

You are expected to have at least 5 year IT development management experience. You have a solid track record in successful execution of demanding developments. We are expecting excellent written and oral language skills in English and Finnish. You have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You have the potential and desire to career development in the area of IT development management.

We appreciate an M.Sc. in engineering or business, or MBA. Experience of working in both customer and supplier organizations would be an asset. You might have experience in offshore development and in cloud based developments/systems.

As a person you are analytical and you have excellent skills to plan and manage complex entities. You understand customer needs and see things from the end user's perspective. You'll be able to manage the pressures exerted by stakeholders. You are responsive and communicate fluently with all stakeholders and interest groups. Your good leadership skills help you get things done.
