For continued growth of our marketing-originated revenue, we’re now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead on growth marketing efforts across all of our markets. You’ll have a significant impact on the success and culture of our 12-person marketing team, spread across our European offices.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will:

• Increase relevant web traffic with well-targeted online advertising and SEO.

• Maximize the website conversion rates with data-driven web design and A/B testing.
• Nurture converted contacts with personalized automation to request a demo and ultimately buy our solution.
• Maintain the marketing database and oversee the processes surrounding it.
• Collaborate with and act as a resource for all departments in running campaigns towards our audiences in the most optimal way.
• Identify key business metrics and strategize for continuous improvement.

We're looking for you if:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field.
• You have a proven growth track record for 3+ years in B2B, preferably at a technology company or agency.
• You’re a HubSpot virtuoso with technical experience running marketing automation, online advertising, and website optimization campaigns using a wide range of software.
• You have strong quantitative and analytical skills paired with intellectual curiosity, especially around what makes our customers tick.
• You’re self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to structure your work independently in a scaleup environment.
