We are now looking for a Service Design Expert & Team Leader to join our global team in Hyvinkää and Espoo, Finland (with flexible working location and remote working opportunities) to lead and supervise team of 3-10 Service Design professionals, in-house staff and subcontractors/contingent workers as a line manager without budget responsibilities.

Responsibilities

-Short term operational responsibilities and focus on strategy implementation in Tribes, on project level

-Mentoring, coaching and facilitating Service Design work

-Enable efficient work for the team in highest standards in order to reach customer satisfaction

-Responsible for customer co-creation and facilitating it globally

-Being a global Service Design advocate and thought leader both in KONE internally and also externally

-Participate in design competence development and strategy creation

We expect you to have

-M.Sc. or M.A. degree or similar

-Several years of work experience on service design, preferably from different companies

-Previous track record on creating and leading high performing teams

-Experience on managing external suppliers and subcontractors

-Experience on leading and managing service design projects end-to-end

-Proven track record on engaging internal and external stakeholders and building and implementing in-house service design expertise

-Good understanding of design thinking

-Good communication skills and active collaboration skills in English

-Excellent skills in facilitating, mentoring and coaching
