We are now looking for a CONTRACT MANAGER for a client's project in Helsinki. 

Main tasks include

• Maintaining and applying of organization’s "contract management tools" to support the internal contract management processes of the company.
• Interdisciplinary supervision of the implementation of EPC-contract within the company
• Analysis, Preparation and handling of contractual correspondence.
• Dispute resolution activities/strategy/advise, resolving contractual issues.
• Provision of contractual advice.
• Actively discuss/report observations and improvement ideas in respect to:
  • contract performance/Ensuring of fulfillment of EPC
  • possible risks
  • development of topic related strategies
  • administering the contract to keep the company’s needs in respect to providing contractual information
• Management and Administration of Contract Variations (preparation, analysis, drafting).
• Claims Management, claims avoidance.
• Liaison with organization’s internal Management and engineering teams.
• Development of contract management, contractual risk management, etc. strategies.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required.

We expect

• Technical degree and work experience are seen as an advantage
• Experience in large projects, especially EPC contracts
• Technical understanding of power plants and/or experience in nuclear projects is highly considered
