Elisa’s Customer & Online Solutions IT are responsible for Elisa’s CRM, marketing platforms and their integrations to surrounding systems and online systems, including our online store and My Elisa.

We are looking for a RPA Developer to strengthen our RPA team.

Our RPA team is responsible for Elisa’s Robot automation. We build, test and maintain RPA/AI automation processes for Elisa’s business. The team also aims to improve and share RPA awareness to whole Elisa and bring new opportunities to automate employees own work. Our team way of working is modern agile (DevOps / Agile).

Your main tasks in this role:

• Technical development of RPA processes (UiPath)

• Design / development of RPA solutions together with Business Analyst business and other stakeholders.

• Quality control of robot automation (RPA) processes

• Problem solving together with stakeholders

• Maintenance of RPA documentation and metrics with common Elisa tools

• Participation in the development and implementation of technical activities / applications

• Participation in the development of robotics testing

• Supporting and guiding citizen developers

In order for you to complement our team in the best possible way, we hope that you have:

• Experience in developing innovative RPA solutions with UiPath tools

• Knowledge of a programming some of language (C#, Java, VB, .NET, Python)

• The working language in the team is English but fluent Finnish skills are needed too

• Good problem-solving ability and the ability to look at solutions from different perspectives (cost, customer orientation, security, usability for Robotics)

• Ability to understand business processes and work with different stakeholders (technical teams, automation developers, business representatives)

• The Agile / DevOps way of working is familiar to you

We also appreciate if you have:

• Interested of AI, ML and Process analytics areas

• UiPath certifications

• Want to work with the latest Robotic (RPA) technologies and develop knowledge in the field of RPA/AI

• Knowledge of project work lifecycle management tools (Jira, wiki / Confluence)

• Knowledge application development support systems (git)

• Reporting tools, e.g. Grafana, Kibana

• Experience robotics tools like Blue Prism, Robot Framework or Automation Anywhere

This position can be located in Elisa’s HQ in Pasila (Helsinki) or any other Elisa’s office if you are occasionally willing to travel to Pasila.
