At our Lahti site we engineer and manufacture industry leading hydraulic hammers and other hydraulic attachments for maximum productivity.

We are now looking for an experienced Operations Director for our team in Lahti. In this role you will be an active member of business unit’s management team.

Your role

As Operations Director, you will lead our production, purchasing, logistics, production planning, EHS and Quality operations. You ensure efficient and productive manufacturing operations that meet our customer requirements. In addition, you act as Site Manager responsible for union cooperation.

Your background and what we find important

Your background consists of either B.Sc. or M.Sc. in technical field and you have several years of experience within manufacturing. You have a good knowledge of FOD process and Finnish labor laws and have experience in working with development tools such as Lean, Six Sigma etc.

Your way of working is collaborative and systematic, and you have strong communication skills. You are analytical with strong leadership skills. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English and are willing to travel occasionally.
