ABOUT THE JOB:

Are you really good at understanding all the ins and the out of standards for electronic business messages? The different standards and formats. Understanding how to move data cross standard? Do you also have an understanding how to utilize these skills to support customer's core business at it's best? Do you already have previous experience of managing EDI integration projects either in the domestic or global environment? Do you want to be responsible for creating successful customer stories by helping companies to migrate their legacy EDI integration to next generation solutions and added value services? 

Technical Project Manager (TPM) will be a member of the team that leads the implementation of exchanging data between our Customers' system (e.g. ERP), Cloud applications from OpusCapita (eProcurement) and Operator Networks (B2Bi, E-invoicing, BN Portal) as well as customers trading partners' systems. Technical Project Manager primarily drives and implements integration services on OpusCapita’s cloud-based platform, leads the team of integration specialists, takes care of project deliverables and timeline and is responsible for all customer communication. The ability to quickly learn a customer's business processes (from purchasing to sales), how those processes are implemented in their systems, and how to quickly facilitate data integration solutions are critical responsibilities for this position. The Technical Product Manager will be committed to maintaining the highest degree of client satisfaction with every OpusCapita customer and trading partner.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Gathering the requirements from customer stakeholders including business users and IT teams
  • Negotiating and documenting detailed functional specifications
  • To be in a centric, customer facing role for phases like analyze, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and promoting customer connections with trading partners
  • Providing task and overall project status to customers
  • Proactively assist the account
  • To attain detailed knowledge of systems commonly used by our customers, and partner with the vendors of those systems to build certified integration solutions for their applications.
  • Recognizing common requirements and implementing re-usable modules and procedures to improve the team’s efficiency and productivity

In your application we will be browsing:

  • Previous experience of complex B2B EDI integration/ migration projects
  • Project management skills
  • Customer service minded attitude
  • Excellent ability to communicate with key stakeholders on multiple levels
  • Practical experience of EDI standards, transformations and mapping (eg. EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML standards)
  • Working knowledge of various communication protocols (SFTP, AS2, REST API, OFTP)
  • Ability to create professional quality project documentation
  • Experience with Agile methodologies including Test Driven Development, SCRUM, user story processes, and continuous integration and delivery (DevOps).
  • Co-ordinate development with offshore team to establish user needs, technical design requirements, and analyze and resolve issues related to functionality and performance issues.
  • More than 3 years of experience of the above
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology or similar
  • Good verbal and written English skills, due to the distributed team.
