As the Product Manager for Engagement you will be responsible for creating a life-long musical journey that inspires and motivates millions to play and enjoy music every week, month and for year. You’ll lead a talented team of music educators, product designers, software developers, and data scientists to deeply understand what drives people to pick up their instrument, how we can inspire them to play more, grow as an artist, share the joy of music and have fun!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• You have a user obsession, and will do anything to deliver the best music education experience possible 
• You are an experienced product maker that can go from compelling vision to execution with incredible attention to detail 
• You have a proven framework to take a broad problem, slice it into smaller pieces, prioritize and understand each aspect deeply 
• You can create unique experiences by combining aspiration, content and software/data in uniquely personal ways, test them and improve them
• You are a team leader, team player, communicator, organizer, planner, and most importantly fun to be around with

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of experience as a producer or product managers with a proven portfolio of creating amazing consumer experiences
• 3+ years experience growing and leading high-performance product teams with a deep and diverse technical skillset
• Strong creative & analytical approach to understanding and solving customer problems in unique ways
• Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple projects, features and releases on time and in high quality
• Ability to switch from “big picture” to micro-level details depending on the time, task and context
• Strong communications skills with experience in driving the narrative internally & externally
