What are my duties?

As a Corporate Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for the strategic development and commercial maximization of the corporate key account’s profitable growth. You will develop a unified long-term key account strategy and business plan based on the strategic goals of the key customer together with the customer service team lead and the relevant stakeholders at Siemens Healthineers organizations.

Furthermore, you will focus on the Siemens Healthineers value promises and deliverables (in the scope of products, solutions and services) according to key customer and market needs. You will ensure good collaboration and provide value to the key customer by sharing information about market and industry. You will identify, develop and drive leads and opportunities as part of the account business planning team together with the client service lead. 

You will participate in the Finland & Baltic Leadership Team and the Nordic & Baltic Project Management Team to contribute to the development and execution of the strategy related to own key account.

What is required of me?

As the Corporate Key Account Executive you are open, easy to work with and have a strong customer centric attitude. Your strong leadership and communication skills enable you both to create a network within Siemens Healthineers and with our customers.

Proven multi-year experience and consistent performance in developing customer accounts (e.g. minimum 10 years sales in account management, business management, region or country leadership experience) is essential for this opportunity. You will ideally have experience of conducting and utilizing financial analysis of the Key Customer and strong understanding of key account principles as well as experience of both in-vivo and in-vitro and service offerings.

Healthcare business/industry experience is preferable. A degree or equivalent qualification in technology or business management/ administration is preferable.  Good language proficiency in English and Finnish is an advantage.
