We are now looking for SAP S/4 Lead Sales and Supply Chain Consultant to join our talented team in Espoo, Finland.

As SAP S/4 Lead Sales and Supply Chain Consultant you will be part of Tieto’s SAP S/4 HANA practice. Together with our sales and offering development team you will engage and participate in our sales cases. After deals have been signed you will continue to engage with Tieto’s clients and ensure that we justify the trust our clients place in Tieto through high quality delivery.

You inspire colleagues through predictability in line with SAP Activate Methodology and assure commercial success for all parties involved. Your contribution will be rewarded with a great space of autonomy and respectful collaboration. We foster a collegial atmosphere through feedback and assure a positive and friendly work climate. 

To succeed in this role, you have consultative mindset and strong customer focus with extensive SAP solution background. Understanding customer requirements, scoping, discovering and defining end-to-end solutions and explaining business benefits is essential in this role. This role is not only about deep technical understanding of SAP solutions, but also business consulting capabilities in the sales and supply chain area play an important role in this position.

We expect

To succeed in this role, you have consultative mindset and strong customer focus. Understanding of customers’ business development lifecycle forms a good foundation to become successful in this role. We expect you to have strong SAP background and experience in delivering one or more successful SAP S/4 projects with global delivery model. You should have previous work experience within Retail, Manufacturing, Forest or Automotive industry. Fluency in Finnish and English is required. It is a big advantage if you are already S/4HANA certified.
