We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to join our Group IT End User Services team.

You will primarily be based in our offices in Vantaa, Finland and be part of a global Group IT team, focusing on IT service deliveries to our business and end users in Finland.

Role Description

You will secure operational service delivery, from Business perspective, with IT knowledge, completing the Business Relationship Management in close collaboration with Divisional IT Manager (DITM), Service owners and LSDMs for other Caverion divisions.

Key accountabilities: 

- Keep overview of Business’ key stakeholders and organizational structure, understand local IT demands, risks, expectations and challenges, to secure optimized value creation of delivered IT services
- Excellent knowledge of Caverion Group IT's internal organization, Service catalogue and responsibilities
- Overview of Vendors delivering Services and of local IT Services/Vendors
- Escalation point for operational matters between Business and IT
- Review performance in accordance with agreed SLA. Manage service risks, present and explain local SLA, KPI and OLA reporting
- Agreed responsibility for specified divisional (class C) applications
- Actively contribute to follow up utilization, adaption and improvement of Caverion's IT processes
- In collaboration with Divisional IT Manager (DITM), secure divisional service lifecycle through all phases
