We are looking for a SCRUM Master, who would join our new ServiceNow development team. I am Juozas Giedra and I am heading the Case Management team in Telia IT. We at Telia are a global company, thus we are now building a global Telia IT. As part of new ways to work we are enabling a close cooperation of Business Units and Telia IT.

Your next challenge?

SCRUM Master should have technical background and be actively involved in technical matters thus finding out the gaps and ensuring product owner involvement in business decision and description of the functional flow. Work closely with Product Owner and stakeholders, making sure that deliverables are on time with production quality, resolve impediments and have control over the scrum processes, coaching team about agile scrum to delivering successful deliverables. This role is correspondingly accountable for these activities:

  • Lead the technical implementation team of ServiceNow professionals
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Stakeholders and Agile coaches
  • Implement processes, practices, and tools allow for multiple paths of delivery. I.e., create simplified, consistent, reusable, efficient and flexible methodologies
  • Guide the SAFe initiatives through coaching and mentoring
  • Coach and mentor the team to adopt Agile mindset and maturity
  • Lead and influence others including those more senior on best practices
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors
  • Inspire others to adopt the new processes and improvements based on retrospectives and team velocity
  • Detailed knowledge of development of Automated test cases and documentation maintenance processes

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management (3 to 5 years)
  • ITIL Foundations Certification
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM processes
  • Understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across the platform (advantage)
  • Experience implementing best-practices and procedures
  • Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business
  • Good written and oral communication/interpersonal skills, and a highly communicative style
  • Experience in professional communications with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in prioritizing diverse projects and deliverables
  • Agile mindset
  • Bachelor's Degree
