Eficode is now looking for a new team member to join our small, yet efficient, Finance team. The preferred location is Helsinki, but work can be done partly remotely or from other Eficode offices. This is a full-time permanent position, and we hope you can start your journey with us as soon as possible.

For Finance Assistant,  attitude and desire to learn are the most valued qualities. Fluent English skills are a prerequisite, additional language skills are considered an asset. While you do not need to be an expert, it will make your job easier if you have some experience in any of the following…

• External and/or internal accounting related tasks
• Financial processes ranging from accounts payable and receivable management to financial statement preparation and analysis
• Working with a financial management and/or ERP system (prior experience on NetSuite is considered an asset)

Your role in the team can be adjusted based on your own interests, but in one way or another in this position you will…

• Learn new systems and business logics
• Participate in development projects related to improving operational efficiency
• Support business units and sales by providing financial information
• Have active role in developing and managing the process of purchasing and selling licenses
• Participate in recurring monthly activities
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

• Help the whole organisation excel!

Eficode is a DevOps, software, automation, and design company with ambition to become the #1 DevOps company in Europe. You can find us nowadays from Finland (HQ in Helsinki), Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands. You will work alongside six finance professionals plus the other over 300 Eficodians. We expect you to have completed relevant studies, and master Office 365. Workload in the finance team varies somewhat from week-to-week, and at times working within finance requires stress endurance and flexibility.
