Hello, My Name is Vesa Tellikka and I’m leading our Device & Lifecycle management division. Now we are looking for a Team Manager for the logistics and preinstallation team to join our group at Helsinki.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?

Our logistics and preinstallation team are responsible for end-user device and supplies deliveries and pre-installations. The team is also responsible for mobile device maintenance and lifecycle management processes. Iron-hard team needs a determined and solution-oriented captain to lead the team towards new victories.

In the role of team manager, you are responsible for the duties of the team HR supervisor, directing the day-to-day work of the team, managing warehouse inventory, and keeping delivery times as promised

WHO ARE YOU?

To be successful in the role you have good communication and documentation skills, previous knowledge of the IT-industry, enthusiasm, and the knowledge to solve practical problems in everyday work. 

You will be constantly working together with other Team Managers and making sure that our service production is running smoothly from day-to-day. You are constantly aware of your team's situation and actively developing new processes and ways to work so that our customers get the best possible service experience. You are familiar with the logistics and its processes, and an urge to keep improving our service.

• Coaching attitude towards leadership and an ability to create an environment in which everyone can prosper 
•  Understanding of IT service management. 
• Experience from logistics and warehouse management 
• Prior experience from team leadership  
• Ability to prioritize and resource efficiently 
• "To get things done" -attitude 
• Interest for developing new operating models and ways of working 
• You are fluent in Finnish and English 

Fluent Finnish and English are mandatory, but we do not expect you to meet all other requirements.
