Today we drive digital transformation in some of the biggest organizations in the Nordic. We create services and brands for the modern world. Work you will do:

-        Own client relationship for the Operations contract which covers one or more of the Operations offerings.

-        Be responsible for client relationship, profit and loss management of the account, quality and risk with the services provided to the client, strategic positioning for growth and people management of the account.

-        Interface with the Client Account Lead and appropriate leadership within Service Delivery Operations.

-        Be Responsible for shaping and driving valued transformation for the clients.

Furthermore, we expect you to:

-        Develop and grow the client relationship.

-        Drive outsourcing growth.

-        Lead and develop the outsourcing account delivery team.

-        Participate in client account planning and forecasting activities.

-        Achieve outsourcing sales, revenue and contract controllable income targets using the most appropriate principles, levers and tools.
