Now we are looking for
Head Waiter to lead the hotel´s F&B operations in own shift.

Position is permanent and part-time (90 h / 3 weeks), starting flexibly in August. Our F&B operations are open all year round and almost 24 hours a day, so you need to be prepared to work even in the evenings and holidays.

The main task of the Head Waiter is to keep our customers happy together with our team. Therefore, to be successful at work, you need strong organizational skills, a real passion for creating unforgettable experiences, and a desire to lead by example. Your tasks include planning your own shift according to business, utilizing the strengths of the team, terminating the targets for the shift and motivating the team to reach them, customer service and sales, and quality control.

You are the person we are looking for if you have a positive attitude that can turn potential challenges into a success and strong background from the F&B industry that will help you lead your shift. We appreciate the initiative to work, systematic and flexible attitude. You can communicate at least in English, preferably in Finnish also. The genuine interest of taking care of our guests' unique events in accordance with the values of Hotel Kämp, putting your own person in the game, is essential.
