It is all about the customer experience

Digital marketer creates digital dialogues with both existing and new customers, working alongside our analysts and web developers to create an optimal customer journey. Digital Marketers create content for lead nurturing and digital advice, identify target audiences and optimize marketing and communication campaigns.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead generation: The Marketer ensures attracting relevant target audiences and converts website visits into online leads and sales.
• Creation, execution and optimization of omnichannel marketing and communication campaigns.
• Understanding of target audience, tapping into the customer need and tailoring the content according to their purpose to sell, engage or inform.
• Omnichannel content creation: Building and managing various rich contents like blog and social media posts, webinars, videos, whitepapers, infographics, reports etc. to attract quality traffic and to drive customer acquisition, sales and engagement.
• Optimising website content for search engines to drive relevant traffic to the website.
• Utilization of various types of online analytics and customer feedback to measure and optimize traffic, engagement and leads as well as to decrease customer pain points.

In this role, you get to be involved in creating a new digital frontline, so we encourage you to be curious, try new ways of working and at the same time learn from your mistakes. Things can get hectic around here, therefore you need need to have multitasking skills and see the solutions and opportunities in the challenges that you face.

You also bring with you omnichannel content creation skills as well as knowledge and understanding of different distribution channels. Your analytical skills will be put to good use and we hope you already have knowledge of online analytics tools. At Danske Bank, the customer is always in the centre, therefore we want you to always have a customer focused mind-set. You are fluent in Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing.
