In Data platforms – Value Networks (VN) unit we help our customers to release resources to their core business by automating and rationalizing labor intensive manual processes. Our internationally renowned BIX services cover the full financial value chain from Order-to Cash and Purchase-to-Pay, typically E-invoicing and E-trade services. We are now looking for Support Specialist for BIX E-invocing Service to join our team in Finland in Data Platforms unit.

BIX Support Specialists in our team are supporting customers and their trading partners by enabling them smooth exchange of documents through our integration platform and by solving incidents and problems according agreed SLA commitments. Incident investigation will typically include message format check (XML, SAP IDOC or EDIFACT) or connectivity check (for example FTP or SMTP transfer protocols). You will be also responsible for on-boarding of new customers to BIX E-invoicing Service by using standard processes and tools.

What we expect from you

• You have good general IT skills but also communication skills in customer interface
• Fluency both in Finnish and English languages
• As a person you are open-minded, curious, active, daring, and willing to find solutions to new challenges
• You know basics of XML syntax and you have practical experience with usage of basic Unix (Linux) commands
• You have an overview of network protocols used in message/file exchange (FTP, SMTP, AS2) needed for investigation of transport errors
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes from Service Operations process area, especially Incident Management and Service request fulfillment
• SQL knowledge is advantage but not mandatory for this position
• It is a big advantage if you have been working in support position with ITSM tool, preferably Service Now
