We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager at ABB Oy, Smart Buildings Division in Porvoo.

Your responsibilities

Proactively contributing in business management as a member of ABB Oy, Wiring Accessories Management team. Leading ABB Oy, Wiring Accessories Business Excellence team consisting of Engineering & Opex and hosted Product Management and R&D functions. Proactively contributing in driving forward the ambitious Porvoo Factory of the Future strategy. Developing and prioritizing the common project portfolio roadmap including new innovations and continuous improvement initiatives. Developing further the Integrated Business Planning process, especially offering review Fostering and promoting an open and proactive team culture which gathers and shares best practices and learnings both from inside and outside the business. Collaborating proactively with key internal ABB and external stakeholders. Focusing on achieving benefits from a product cost and quality project. Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering and/or Economics & Business Administration. Minimum five years’ experience in business development, product and/or project portfolio management. Preferably several years leadership experience in a similar business environment. Good knowledge of market & customer requirements, standards, regulations related to electrification, especially wiring accessories business. Excellent verbal and written skills in English, good Finnish and Swedish skills are considered an advantage. Excellent interaction and communication skills in an international environment.
