In this role, you will join our Endpoint Platforms unit as a senior member of the Product Core team. We provide common functionalities across a wide range of F-Secure's endpoint products spanning macOS, Windows and Linux. Our mission is to support development teams in building great products. We do this by solving common client-side challenges just once and thus making it easier for product teams to focus on delivering specific customer value.

You will be developing the macOS Product Core in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as our macOS consumer and corporate product teams and Cloud Platforms teams. An example of Product Core functionalities available to several products would be service discovery and subscription management components utilizing our back-end cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain macOS software components

• Contribute to long-term Product Core architecture

• Procatively collaborate with all technical stakeholders in- and cross-team, such as lead developers and architects

What are we looking for?

• Solid track record of software development for Apple platforms
• Proficiency in Objective-C and Swift
• Sound knowledge of operating system concepts and internals
• Experience in integrating with back-end services using REST APIs
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Proactive attitude and outstanding teamwork skills

• Development experience with C++ in production environment

• Development experience on other platforms like Windows and Linux
