About this opportunity

  • You will contribute to automation of Software license management regarding reporting and compliance verification
  • The Software License Management team performs reconciliation of software licenses in scope. We ensure that licenses acquired by Nordea are used efficiently across Nordea’s IT infrastructure.
  • You will initiate activities to keep Nordea compliant to the agreements you manage.

Who you are

  • Worked with or have documented knowledge of Software license management
  • Worked with or have knowledge of platforms where software is used e.g. Mainframe, Open Platforms, Cloud
  • Worked with or have knowledge of tools for software license management
  • Have an interest in technology how this can be used and want to learn even more
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Actively ask for support when you need it
  • Understanding building blocks and what are required for compliancy
  • Accountable, structured, proactive and responsive
  • Professional skills in English both written and spoken
  • License understanding of several Software suppliers
  • Interpretation of legal texts both contracts and other license terms and conditions.
  • Knowledgeable of the terms and conditions in the Supplier contract(s)
  • Knowledgeable of license rules and regulations such as the software entitlements and Product Use Rights
  • Knowledgeable of the terms and conditions of the Supplier contract(s)
  • Knowledge of processes linked to Software license
  • Degree in IT Engineering or similar is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ITIL and SS-ISO 19770 will be an advantage
  • Mainframe experience is an advantage
