We're proud to have a world class sales team that works with thousands of clients and inbound leads from all around the globe. 🤩 We have a team of 34 amazing sales professionals, 12 of them are working at our fresh Atlanta office and the rest here in Helsinki. We need your help to achieve our goals and help our sales team be successful in their daily activities. 

🏆What kind of talent are you?

To be successful in this role, we’re hoping you have at least five years of experience in a SalesOps role, and even better if it’s from a SaaS company or similar. As our employees and customers are from all over the world, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. 

As our Sales Operations Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales tools and report directly to our VP of Sales. Your main goal is to reduce friction in the sales process, so salespeople are successful in their day-to-day activities. 

As an admin and owner for all Sales tools (i.e. Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales nav, Lead IQ, Exponea, sales drive) you will:

  • Need the ability to analyse and track efficiency of these tools and the outputs of the sales team as a whole 
  • Make recommendations based on results and/or requests, and be the first in line and drive the assessment for new or competitive tools
  • Coordinate and develop sales tools integrations

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Oversee Rules of Engagement pertaining to Salesforce leads / opportunities / deals
  • Oversee Territory / ABM breakdown for outbound, and the segmentation of opportunities for growth within inbound and expansion (together with Sales leadership)
  • Manage the lead scoring process in place today and develop it further together with our sales & marketing teams

  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, project management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
