As a Hardware Test Team Lead you will be working with product platform and in charge of leading team responsible for planning and managing the execution of the Hardware and Low level Firmware tests for Ublox products and R&D projects. In this position your responsibilities include also management and development of our test infrastructure. Successful candidate needs understanding testing process and test methodologies. You also have practical testing experience.You will be working in our growing international team in charge of positioning product verification and providing evidence of both conformance to international standards, internal and marketing requirements. As a part of our international multi-site team you contribute to the development of future high accuracy GNSS and satellite based timing products. 
Tasks:
• Test planning and requirement conversion to test asset • Represent test expertise in platform development team
• Scheduling and monitoring the execution of specific test activities
• Manage defects and work with developers to get them resolved
• Manage test infrastructure development and maintenance activities
 
Requirements:
• MSc or BSc in Software or Hardware Development
• Good Project Management and Team Leading skills• HW platform verification experience• Knowledge in the following areas is a plus:    

• HW measurement and laboratory equipment skills
• RF measurements
• HW bring up, debugging and test SW design skills
