ROLE DESCRIPTION

Based in the SAP office in Espoo, the Senior Industry Account Executive primary purpose is to achieve the overall revenue goal. In order to achieve your goal, you must create a complete territory business plan, be proactive and secure that you identify and qualify opportunities among business leaders at our customers. You are expected to interact with customers and prospects at the CxO level and your territory will be cross-industry companies in Finland. Your success will be dependent upon many contacts and interaction, both internal and external. Therefore, you have excellent communcation skills, adapt, easily to changing circumstances in order to meet new challenges together with a virtual team of colleagues and partners. Strong business acumen is a critical skill, enabling you to identify and qualify value driven opportunities. Hard work and focus are a "given", but above all you thrive on winning deals.

You will report to the Finnish Country manager and the team consist of 11 people today. Other relevant stakeholders in our matrix organisation are Presales and Architects, Industry Value Advisors, Line of Business sales representatives and regional management.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

  1. Work with customers, local/Nordic/EMEA virtual teams and management to develop and execute sales cases and campaigns to drive pipeline and close deals 
  2. Work with virtual teams to educate taret accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals
  3. Lead efforts to establish, develop and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts and also work to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers. 
  4. Develop sales best practices securing reproducible and expansive opportunities across named accounts.
  5. Move the needle from IT to Business

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in software sales
  • Experience selling to C-level
  • Provel track record in target achievement
  • Business acumen to understand financial reports and build business cases
  • Knowledge of SAP and enterprise digital landscape will be an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Finnish
