We are looking for an energetic members to our Development & Support team in Wärtsilä Global Credit Control (WGCC). The persons will support Credit Controllers  and various stakeholders of WGCC but would also contribute to joint initiatives in Group Treasury area. We are looking for 1 person to permanent position in WGCC and 1 person for temporary position for 12 months.

Possible locations are  either Helsinki or Vaasa, Finland.


Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English, analytic and service minded mind-set
  • Solid communication and reporting skills
  • Common knowledge of FiCo processes and practices in Credit Control space
  • Thorough knowledge of SAP FSCM system and associated Master Data structures
  • Good understanding of banks' compliance and 'know your customer' requirements
  • Knowledge of regulatory restrictions across different geographies associated with movements of money and release of trapped cash
  • Basics of Robotic Process Automation seen as an advantage.

Responsibilities:
As Process Development Expert you will support Credit Controllers and stakeholders in various collection and credit control matters, such as guidance on processes and tools, blocking and unblocking of customers, duties and reporting associated with Sale or Receivables program, penalty interest invoicing, reporting, collection and risk management activities, stakeholder communication and credit master data related matters and in contributing to joint initiatives in Group Treasury area. In addition, there is regular daily maintenance and processing of Robotised Process Automations in area of WGCC that the persons will need to contribute to.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English, analytic and service minded mind-set
  • Proactive approach to work, solution oriented and “make things happen” -attitude
  • Solid communication and reporting skills
  • A good team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Common knowledge of FiCo processes and practices in Credit Control space
  • Good IM skills e.g. including commonly used MS Software, SAP, Qlikview, PowerBi etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of SAP FSCM system and associated Master Data structures
  • Good understanding of banks' compliance and 'know your customer' requirements
  • Knowledge of regulatory restrictions across different geographies associated with movements of money and release of trapped cash
  • Basics of Robotic Process Automation seen as an advantage
