My name is Henriette Pedersen and I am leading our Customer Experience team in Global Business. My team and I are looking forward to onboard a talented Business Data Analyst and Developer for one of our Nordic or Baltic offices.

We are here to improve customer experience for global customers. We improve processes, create cross-border visibility, and do data analytics to enable new business opportunities and optimize operations based on data insights. We are a small, strong team who co-creates with colleagues from both local and group units in Telia Company.

Your next challenge?

As a business data analyst, you will have a key role in the team being the bridge between business and analytics, helping the stakeholders to explore and identify valuable insights from our vast amount of data. You will also be responsible for data analytics development.

We focus on the full customer journey and you get the opportunity to work with colleagues from offering, sales, delivery, support, and finance. You will be applying an agile way of working and using the latest analytics tools and methods to explore, visualize and bring our data to life. Your contribution will be central, and you will have great opportunity to influence the work our team is doing.

Who are you?

You are the business analyst who wants to co-create with stakeholders to set business requirements and then do the development. You have a strong drive and like to collaborate in a cross-border setting. You have a proven track-record from working with data visualization where you have used your unique blend of analytical, technical, and business skills to create value.

Your Experience:

• Previously worked as Data Analyst for 5+ years with several success stories to share
• Skilled in modern data visualization tools like Qlik Sense
• Comfortable with data preparation using for example Python
• Experienced in working with databases, Oracle, and scripting and SQL
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Experience with agile way of working
• Background from the Telco industry is a bonus.
