We are looking for a can-do Technical Product Manager to join our R&D team in Helsinki.

You will define the why, when and what of the product the engineering team builds. This means that you interact in a cross-functional role between R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and the Customers. You will participate in defining product vision and strategy. You are also responsible for the product roadmap and release scoping.

Responsibilities:

• Know your customers, their use cases, challenges and constantly seek new ways to improve your product(s)
• Drive feature development process through user stories from customer to R&D
• Own and prioritize product roadmap and sprint backlogs
• Positioning, competitive analysis and pricing
• Working collaboratively between R&D, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support

We expect:

• Excellent communication, written skills, and public speaking skills.
• Work experience in the security technology and services domain, or high motivation to learn more about this field
• Experience in software product management and working in agile teams
• Understanding the enterprise sales process and marketing
• Proficiency in tools like Trello, Confluence, Jira, and Github
• Experience in software development is an advantage, but not mandatory for this position
